An exclusive beverage agreement with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and LinPepCo went into effect on July 1, 1997. Since that date, only Pepsi products are to be served at University of Nebraska-Lincoln events and only Pepsi products may be purchased with University funds.
To Order Product
Order Form
When you need Pepsi products for an upcoming event you can either (1) order the product at your department's expense or, (2) you can request free product from Student Involvement (if your event meets all of their requirements).
- If you need to order product at your department's
expense, you can open and complete the ORDER
FORM, FAX the order to UNL Vending Services
@472-1264 (or e-mail as an attachment to vending@unlnotes.unl.edu),
and your order will be delivered by LinPepCo
to the address noted on the order. Forward the
invoice to Vending Services (1700 Y St,
0694) for processing. You will need to know:
- Quantity (full cases only)
- Type of container (20oz.bottles, 12oz cans, etc.)
- Flavors (see PRODUCTS)
- Delivery information (when needed, where, etc.)
- Cost Object (product will be charged to your department)
- If your event qualifies, you might want to apply for free product through the Student Experience Product Fund. Applications for this fund must be completed at least 10 business days before the date needed. For additional information, contact Student Involvement @472-2454. Their decision of acceptability is final. To quality your event must be:
- sponsored by a recognized Student Organization, Greek Chapter, or student service department AND
- for a targeted audience of currently enrolled students.
